This competency goals that started the first phase of mapping, encompass teacher competence cities / regencies throughout Indonesia with an initial target average values of 5.5 and 6.5 hereinafter for the second stage and then 7.5 and later is expected in 2019 to reach a value of 8, 0 then awards shall be given to the teacher.
Non-technical constraints faced by most teachers whose age is old, and could not use a computer, must gradually be taught, both less unprepared material obstacles so that the values obtained are less satisfactory.
